Richard L. Arnold
Richard Arnold is a trial lawyer with over thirty years of litigation experience. He is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law. He has tried cases of a wide variety throughout the United States.
Mr. Arnold's experience is truly broad based. He regularly handles high stakes personal injury, product liabilty, and first party commercial insurance disputes arising from fires, equipment failures, structural failures, vehicular accidents, and other catastophic events. In addition, his experience includes sophisticated business litigation, toxic tort litigation (including asbestos claims), real estate and condemnation litigation, class actions, employment matters, civil rights cases, professional negligence cases, and securities litigation. He is also an experienced mediator and has conducted numerous mediations, primiarily of insurance coverage cases in which he does not represent a party.
Mr. Arnold was born and raised in Crossett, Arkansas. Since 1981, he has been married to Cindy Arnold, a high school teacher in the Dallas Public Schools. They have three sons.
