Mr. Arnold, with over 33 years experience as an attorney, has extensive experience in representing businesses with insurance coverage problems and individuals in complex personal injury matters. He is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law, and is licensed to practice in both Texas and Arkansas.
Fire, Wind and Hail Damage
Mr. Arnold regularly handles first party commercial insurance disputes including property damage claims, business interruption claims, builder's risk claims and a wide variety of liability insurance coverage disputes. In addition, he has represented parties in multi-million dollar litigation involving personal injury and product liability matters arising from fires, equipment failures, structural failures, as well as mass tort litigation.
Coverage Issues
An aspect of his work includes working with clients on review of coverage in the event that a business disaster may occur due to wind, hail and / or fire damage. He has lectured on property insurance issues and on methods to preserve and expand insurance coverage for businesses.
