Insurance Coverage Mediation

Richard Arnold is uniquely qualified to serve as a mediator in insurance coverage disputes.  A substantial part of his practice has been devoted to this area for almost thirty years, and he has handled cases involving a wide range of policies, including property, CGL, excess, auto, and speciality policies.  Today, his litigation practice is for policyholders, but he spent nearly ten years in firms representing insurers, so he understand the perspectives of both sides of this docket.
